Constant anxiety and stress are often responsible for many of our modern problems such as IBS, insomnia, anger, high blood pressure, lack of confidence, migraine, nightmares, panic attacks, fears, phobias and many more as listed here. All of these can be helped by therapy.

Of course, there may be an underlying medical cause and it is important to have this investigated to ensure that there is nothing organically wrong before, or as well as, starting therapy.​

Caused by depression:

I generally charge £55 per session. Normally, I find 4 or 5 sessions, sometimes even fewer, adequate for most people to feel much better.

You can book a series of 4 sessions for £180, saving £40 on individual bookings.​
